About Trevor Roney
A systems builder grounded in real operations.
Trevor Roney, SHRM-CP, is the founder of TR Foundry and a healthcare compliance, human resources, and operations leader.
In a multi-location Texas behavioral healthcare organization, Trevor has developed enterprise handbooks, quality improvement programs, compliance processes, supervision structures, incident-response documentation, intake systems, compensation frameworks, training resources, SharePoint architecture, and payer-readiness materials.
Trevor also brings direct experience from safety-sensitive field work in the oil industry. That experience reinforced the importance of clear communication, operational discipline, supervisory responsibility, and a workplace culture where safety cannot be separated from performance.
